Cancellation Policy:
– Clients may cancel before project work begins.
– Once work has started, cancellations will not be accepted.
Refund Policy:
– If cancellation occurs before commencement, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.
– If work has started, no refunds will be issued.
– Subscription services are non-refundable for the current billing cycle.
Non-Refundable Scenarios:
– Customized software/design projects in progress.
– Delays caused by lack of client inputs.
– Third-party tools/licenses purchased for the client.
Dispute Resolution:
Refund/cancellation disputes must first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, they will follow Indian legal jurisdiction.
